The Lochaber Centre is a modern multipurpose facility located at 1555 Highway #7 that serves the people of Lochaber and the surrounding areas. It was opened in 2014 and features a large room for gatherings, a professionally designed kitchen, a smaller room for groups of up to 50 people, and a well-equipped fitness room. Additionally, the complex includes a swimming area, a picnic and playground area, rowing facilities, and a tennis/basketball court.

The StFX and Antigonish Rowing Clubs both call the Lochaber Centre home. They host several local, provincial, and national regattas throughout the spring, summer, and fall months. The facility is also available for special occasions such as weddings, business meetings, and celebrations. With its wellness room and accessible swimming facilities, the Lochaber Centre ensures a memorable visit for all.
