Each summer, the People’s Place Library in downtown Antigonish becomes the venue for the Gathering of the Arts, commonly referred to as GoArts. This event features a carefully selected visual art exhibition, showcased in the library’s gallery area throughout July and August. The inauguration of this exhibition coincides with the commencement of the Highland Games, taking place on the Monday evening that marks the start of these games.
